Mitzi received her B.S in psychology with a concentration in behavior analysis from Florida International University in 2012. She received her M.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Florida International University in 2015. Mitzi is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and plans on becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the next year. She is also a registered mental health intern. She has worked in the field of ABA for five years. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, ranging in age, diagnoses, and settings. She believes helping teach, guide and support children is essential for healthy and happy development. She is a firm believer in the strength of Applied Behavior Analysis as an effective therapeutic practice and thoroughly supports an individualized and collaborative approach.
